Built for a retired couple, the owners voiced out concerns about climbing the stairs daily as they age. Our designers recommended moving their master bedroom to the 1st floor for easier access.

The overall facade was given a facelift with modern interior design styles. The property used to have little natural light too, thus large windows were installed. White laminiates and the use of Quartz help to further brighten up the interiors.

A seamless fluted feature wall was built to hide the entrance of the master bedroom, which now sits next to the dining hall.
