This resale 5 room flat occupies a multigenerational family. For the design look & feel, the clients requested for the house to feel like a condo with emphasis on hotel staycation vibes. To achieve this, false ceilings were installed for the entire property with the use of architectural lights. Full height carpentry was installed on most walls with wallpaper.

In the living room, fluted see-through doors were installed to break the monotony of large carpentry. Full panel tinted mirrors were installed at the dining hall to amplify the space and pay homage to the frequent use of mirrors in many modern hotels.

The master bedroom features a full height bedhead feature wall complete with padded cushion for a grand look while not compromising on comfort. A sink vanity was also installed next to the wardrobe, in continuation of the hotel concept.
